Print materials in new, unmarked, and salable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact Customer Service for return authorization. No credit is given for shipping and handling charges. Allow four weeks from the date of receipt for credits to be posted to your account.
Digital subscription services are not eligible for return. Digital subscriptions begin with a three-day free trial. If you feel the Digital Edition is not a good fit for your family, simply cancel before the end of the trial period. During the year, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the close of your billing cycle. Please note that we are unable to pro-rate subscription services.
